1 General Provisions & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the xbajr platform ("Platform", "Site") and its services. The words "xbajr", "we", "our" refer to the authority operating this platform. The words "user", "player", "you" refer to any person registered on the site.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit at xbajr is ৳200. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may not be possible before the wagering requirements of an active bonus have been met.
• xbajr reserves the right to verify any suspicious withdrawal request.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on this platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x — applied on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer may have its own specific terms, which will be stated alongside the applicable offer.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonus claims from multiple accounts within the same household or from the same IP address are not allowed.
• xbajr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5 VIP Program & Loyalty

Regular players at xbajr can earn rewards across five tiers through the VIP program. Weekly cashback is paid at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Regular activity and compliance with the platform's terms provide the opportunity to advance to higher tiers. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the original account holder.

6 Prohibited Activities & Fair Play Rules

Any dishonest or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited at xbajr. The following actions will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using software, bots, or automated systems to participate in games.
• Operating multiple accounts specifically to exploit bonus benefits.
• Accessing another user's account or attempting to hack it.
• Exploiting any error or bug in the platform's systems for an advantage.
• Using this platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other players.

7 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

7.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance before closure; however, any bonus with unmet wagering requirements will be cancelled.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by xbajr

xbajr reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of these terms is established.
• If evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity is found.
• If a user fails to cooperate with identity verification.
• If a responsible gaming request is acted upon (self-exclusion).
